These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the aec44 platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing aec44, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
aec44 strictly prohibits access by persons under 18 years of age. Age verification is carried out as part of the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals are immediately terminated.
All deposits and withdrawals on aec44 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi banks. No foreign currency conversion is applied on the platform side.

- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register player accounts.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and promptly update your account information if any details change.
- You must not already hold an existing aec44 account. Each individual is permitted a maximum of one (1) account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited.
- You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for the benefit of, any third party.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of aec44 or any of its affiliated technology or game-studio partners.
During registration you will be asked to provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid form of identification. aec44 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the accuracy of the information provided. You agree to supply any additional documentation requested by aec44 as part of identity or source-of-funds verification, including but not limited to a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or mobile banking transaction records.
aec44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any stage if the player cannot be satisfactorily verified, or if aec44 reasonably suspects that any information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete. In such cases, aec44 may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3. Account Obligations
As a registered player, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your aec44 account:
3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. aec44 will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. 3.2 Accurate Information. You must keep your registered information accurate and up to date at all times. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing, suspension of account access, or permanent account closure. 3.3 Personal Use Only. Your aec44 account is for your personal entertainment use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, and you may not access or use another person's account. 3.5 Notification of Problems. You agree to notify aec44 promptly if you notice any error in the crediting of winnings or the deduction of wagers, or if any game malfunction occurs during play. aec44 reserves the right to correct any error in its records and to reverse transactions affected by system faults. Exploiting a known malfunction for financial gain is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonuses
4.1 Deposits. aec44 processes all player deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳200. aec44 does not charge any platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your gaming balance instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during normal banking hours.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. aec44 reserves the right to request confirmation of account ownership before processing withdrawals if a deposit source cannot be verified. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned to the originating account where possible.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed through the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. aec44 reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds a given threshold within a 30-day period.
aec44 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where KYC verification has not been completed. In cases of suspected fraud, aec44 may retain funds pending investigation and cooperate fully with relevant authorities.
4.3 Bonuses and Promotions. From time to time, aec44 offers bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the point of the offer. General bonus conditions include:
- Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
- aec44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel a bonus already credited to an account if aec44 reasonably believes the offer is being abused or exploited.
- Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus are considered fraudulent activity and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
- Bonuses may not be available to players who have applied a deposit limit below the minimum deposit requirement of the promotion in question.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aec44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal or regulatory authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or place of residence to gain access to the Platform.
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to the concealment or conversion of funds derived from illegal activity. aec44 applies Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
- Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using software or automated tools to exploit promotional offers, or coordinating with other players to abuse bonus terms.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino, poker, or other interactive games to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
- Cheating Software: Using any bot, script, automated tool, exploit, cheat, hack, or third-party software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not authorised by aec44.
- Abuse of Malfunctions: Knowingly exploiting a game malfunction, software error, or pricing error for financial gain. All transactions affected by a verified malfunction are void and may be reversed.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the aec44 Platform — including but not limited to the aec44 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, data, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements — is the proprietary property of aec44 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
aec44 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Platform Availability. aec44 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available around the clock. However, access may occasionally be interrupted due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond aec44's reasonable control. aec44 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.
7.2 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes are determined by the random number generation systems of aec44's certified partner studios. aec44 makes no representation or warranty as to the outcome of any game or wager. Gambling involves risk, and you may lose the entirety of your deposited funds. By using the Platform, you accept this risk in full.
7.3 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aec44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if aec44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7.4 Player Responsibility. 7.5 Third-Party Services. 8. Amendments & Governing Law

8.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
8.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and aec44 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
